Using Registrix, it is very easy to change the CTA. Log into the Vive Admin panel, then to the left side menu click on Templates, then click on Login

Select the Template that you want to change, and then click on the gear to the left of the CTA button.

To the right side, now change the existing CTA text to a more actionable phrase.

Then click on the Close button, and click on the Save button to the top of the window. The new CTA is now displaying and ready to increase your conversion rate.
